Information You Submit
A search entry, such as a name, telephone number, or address, goes to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of that query. When you contact us, we receive the details you decide to send and use them to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs that can include an IP address, browser type, visit time, and requested pages. Aggregate patterns help us maintain the service and see which resources are useful. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or comparable technology.
How Information Is Used
Limited visitor data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvement. We neither sell a visitor list nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Salt Lake County and Utah agencies, library collections, and outside search providers. Information entered on those services is controlled by their own policies. Sponsored results are also supplied by a separate company, so its privacy terms apply to data submitted there.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising services may receive the automatic information described above. We may disclose information in response to valid legal process, but do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
How Data Is Safeguarded
Encrypted connections protect data in transit. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Since the site has no visitor accounts, it holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor submitted personal data so it can be removed.
Your Privacy Rights
The Utah Consumer Privacy Act, Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 61, gives qualifying Utah consumers rights involving access, deletion, portability, and certain opt-outs when a covered controller processes their data. Its thresholds and exemptions apply. Because we retain little information, a request will usually involve contact messages or available server logs. Use the Contact page. Records maintained by South Salt Lake, Salt Lake County, Utah agencies, or courts remain outside our control and must be addressed with the custodian.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the service after a revision takes effect indicates acceptance of the new version.
